Gosling’s Black Seal is a rum from the small island of Bermuda, where the sugar cane, the main component of this rum is growing. It is a balanced “Blend”-Rum, that is nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. The rum is aged for at least 3 years and has a rich, intricate flavour.

Cocktail: Dark and Stormy
In connection with Ginger Beer he is known as “Dark and Stormy”. An absolute classic, which won the award “Bartender’s Choice” at the Mixology Bar Awards in 2010. The Ginger Beer has a spicy-sweet flavour with a subtle ginger hotness.
Directions:
- Add Ginger Beer in a tall glass filled with ice, squeeze 1/4 lime into the glass, then top with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and stir well.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
