“Inländer-Rum” is a protected Austrian speciality with a mild, chocolaty and sweet taste. The rum has usually 38% to 40%, but also up to 80% alcohol (Stroh Rum).
“Inländer-Rum” is used in several local dishes specifically in the Viennese cuisine and it is an essential ingredient for a successful and harmonious Jagertee.


Jagertee is an alcoholic hot beverage consisting of black tea and “Inländer-Rum”. On a perfect ski day, the Jagertee may not be missing in the après-ski. In Austria, you can find the authentic “Hütten Gaudi” experience.
